Whilst working in property marketing, there were clients that wanted to make sure that their properties appealed to potentially buyers and renters. A great alternative for landlords and sellers was to virtual stage their property instead of physically hire props. This way the the property would appeal to people and encourage property viewings and sales.
Virtual Staging
These are some examples of virtual staging that was created for our clients. We would use the photo of the advertised room and then virtually decorate / stage the photo according to the specification given by the client, or create one based from previous inspiration.
This is the computer generated imagery (CGI) that we helped make at the property marketing company that I worked at. There are a lot of property developers who like being able to generate an inspirational image for prospectus clients.
CGI Project
Examples of feed back and the flow of communication that happened with our clients for the CGI creations. We were able to do research to fulfil the improvements that they wanted.
From assisting family and friend's, I've been able to practise my sketch up skills and floor plan layouts. From having conversations about use of space to completing sourcing and shopping lists for FF&E's- I have learned how important it is to balance the collaborative approach needed for renovation and styling projects.
